Since July 2023, the Kowloon East Cluster has established Centralised Organ Donation Register booths at United Christian Hospital, Tseung Kwan O Hospital and Haven of Hope Hospital. The aim is to assist citizens in registering as organ donors and to raise awareness of organ donation. At United Christian Hospital, organ donation is promoted through electronic posters and pamphlets.
 

 
United Christian Hospital and Tseung Kwan O Hospital also has an organ donation coordination service that helps fulfill the wishes of deceased individuals to donate their organs, thereby assisting patients with organ failure to receive life-saving transplants.
